In an exclusive interview to Warvin, Bahar Munzir, member and spokeswoman of Zhyan group stated that the reason behind today’s meeting of their group was to schedule a program to implement activities on International Women's Day (March 8)
“We decided to march to Kurdistan parliament’s bureau in Slemani on that day; we demand that the officials will not ignore the women issues.” She added.
She also said that they, as zhyan group, are dissatisfied with the status of women in Kurdistan region, one of the demands of the march is delivering that message.

Human rights and women committee in Kirkuk follows up on the court’s statistics.
On Februaru 26, human rights, women and children committee in Kirkuk Provincial Council (KPC), visited Kirkuk court to follow up on the violence against women’s statistics.
In an exclusive interview to Warvin, Joan Hassan, head of the human rights, women and children committee in Kirkuk province stated that their committee visited Kirkuk court and met president of the Court.
“During the meeting, we discussed many issues, we started with the reason behind not announcing the annual statistics of the court, we also discussed the divorce and marriage rate and how to regulate marriage law between religious men and the court.
She also said that in the visit, they also discussed setting a cooperation program and maintaining relationships between the court and the council.
